This site is named after my 6th great grandfather, Colonel William Lowther, of West Milford, West Virginia, and is dedicated to his memory. According to the book History of Ritchie County, by Minnie Kendall Lowther, Col Lowther played an integral role in the construction of forts, was a distinguished frontiersman and held several public offices to include Justice of the Peace, Sheriff for Harrison and Wood Counties and was a member of the General Assembly in Richmond, VA.

The main purpose of the site is to collect, organize and disseminate as much material as possible to help fellow Americans as well as LIBERTY minded individuals around the world. There is a LOT of material out there that paints the true picture of where our World is headed and I feel it is necessary to help others WAKE-UP and better understand it. All of this will be done with the intention of providing accurate and relevant citations that readers can use to formulate their own understanding. As many original source documents that can be used, will be used.
